What we sell
A Vietnamese convenience store is a food shop first. This is what sits behind the counter, on the shelf, and — if you want it — at the bánh mì station.
In Vietnam, the convenience store is where the town eats — not where it buys soft drinks.
People pick up breakfast on the way to work, a quick lunch between shifts, and a hot dinner on the way home. The counter is small, fast, and built around reheated or assembled dishes rather than scratch cooking.
That is the concept we are bringing over: a compact hot counter with steamers, warming wells, a bánh mì prep station and a coffee machine, run by one or two people.

Three dayparts, one counter
- MorningBreakfast on the way
Coffee, xôi, bánh mì, hot bowls.
The first customers are not browsing. They want something hot in hand in under two minutes, and they come back tomorrow for the same thing.
- MiddayThe lunch peak
One counter, a full menu board.
Ready-to-eat bowls, steamed items and rice plates come up from the same supply the shelf uses. Nothing is cooked from scratch to order.
- EveningDinner on the way home
Take the meal, take the groceries.
The counter sells the meal; the shelf sells what goes with it. That second basket is the reason the format works in a small town.
Why the counter comes first
The hot counter earns the visit. The shelf earns the margin.
Three reasons the food comes first in a format most people would build as a grocery store.
Traffic
Hot food is the reason people walk in — daily, not occasionally. Everything else on the shelf rides on that habit.
Range
More than ten lines from the retail assortment can be brought up to the hot counter, from ready-to-eat bowls to spring rolls and snacks.
Operation
No chef required. Dishes arrive packaged and are finished in store by reheating or simple assembly.

Behind the counter
The same supply feeds the shelf and the counter.
Ambient, chilled and frozen lines are chosen so a store can sell them packaged on the shelf or finish them at the counter. One order sheet, one delivery, two ways to sell the same product.

Add-on, included in the package
A full bánh mì counter, for the stores that want one.
Fresh baguettes, ingredient wells, assembly tools and a workflow designed for speed — a complete bánh mì operation rather than a single sandwich line.
It is not a separate business or an extra vendor relationship. It runs on the same supply chain and the same small footprint, so a store can hold the hot counter, the shelf and the bánh mì station without adding headcount.
